Armitage Group designed and installed the very first Integrated Speed Land Use Signs (ISLUS) in the Eastern Distributor Tunnel in 2015.

Eastern Distributor is a key link and consists of a 6 km motorway and features a 1.7 km ‘double deck’ tunnel. The use of this tunnel bypasses up to 17 Traffic lights and improved your travel time. Through a rigorous technical tender process, Armitage was awarded the project due to quality and innovative abilities to develop the pioneering new LED signs for transport.
